This Disclaimer governs your participation in the Fatigue Training Program offered by GRR Salubrity & Events Pvt. Ltd. ("GRR"). By registering for and participating in this program, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Disclaimer in full.

The Fatigue Training Program is a fitness and endurance training program. It is not a medical service, treatment, or therapy of any kind. GRR coaches are fitness professionals and not licensed medical practitioners. Nothing communicated during the program, whether verbally, in writing, or through any training material, constitutes medical advice.

Participants are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before commencing any new physical training regimen, particularly if they have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit and medically capable of participating in a structured fitness training program.
  • You have disclosed all known medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to GRR at the time of registration.
  • You accept full responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition during the program.
  • You will inform your coach immediately if you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness, or adverse symptoms during training.

Physical training inherently involves risk of injury. By participating in the Fatigue Training Program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and endurance training, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle soreness, strains, or sprains
  • Joint or ligament injuries
  • Cardiovascular stress
  • Falls, accidents, or other incidents arising during training sessions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRR Salubrity & Events Pvt. Ltd. and its coaches, staff, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or health complication arising from participation in the program.
  • Any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during training sessions.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature.

GRR's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the program fee paid by the participant.

GRR does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes or results from participation in the Fatigue Training Program. Individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to current fitness level, consistency of participation, diet, recovery, and adherence to the training plan.

Any race kit or materials provided as part of the program are intended for personal use in connection with the Fatigue Training Program only. GRR is not responsible for any adverse reaction arising from use of materials provided, if used contrary to instructions given.

For Virtual participants: GRR is not responsible for delays in kit delivery caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

While GRR makes every effort to ensure that all program information, schedules, and training content are accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. GRR reserves the right to update or correct any information at any time without prior notice.

By completing your registration for the GRR Fatigue Training Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in full, and that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in the program with full awareness of the risks involved.
