CORE RULES

1. One Category, 7 Days Straight

Pick your distance category. Complete it for 7 continuous days. No switching.

2. One Continuous Activity

No splitting into 2 parts like morning + evening. Start to finish in one go, anytime that day.

3. Walking Allowed

You can walk part or all of the distance. Goal = completion, not speed.

4. Break = Restart

Miss a day for any reason? Your 7-day count resets. Contact us for exceptional medical/personal situations — we'll help adjust.

5. Your Route, Your Choice

Run anywhere. Virtual participation from across the globe is allowed.

6. Outdoor Only

Format is BeatTheHeat. Treadmill running not permitted unless exceptional circumstance. Contact us if needed.

7. Not a Race

No awards for speed/timing. We don't encourage fast running. Focus is 100% completion.

8. 42KM x 7 Exemption — THE TITANS Only

  • Minimum 5 days: Full 42K
  • Max 2 days: Can split as 33K + 10K evening run
  • One of the split runs must be ≥33K
  • All other categories: Must complete full daily distance in one single activity

9. Tracking

Daily individual stats tracking format will be communicated shortly.

10. THE FINAL REP: RAVE & REFUEL
